  • Include custom cuts and packaging

Ground Beef (extra-lean):

  • Generally available year round in 10 lb. or greater quantities at $9.00/lb

  • 90% lean

Bulk Shares:

​

  • Consist of ~1/6 of the carcass (75-90 lbs.)

  • Pricing: $9.00/lb.

  • Shares include approximately 60% assorted cuts and 40% extra-lean burger
